“Here’s a good business proposition”, says a Micro$oft honcho. “Let’s waste 5 billion pounds buying an Internet telephony company that’s losing money just so we can look cool and own some tech we didn’t develop.”
And then do nothing with it, destroy it or sell it a few years later, like usual?
